We fully understand the requirements to ensure that the client receives a fully operational building with accurate record documentation at project handover.

This can only be achieved by driving the commissioning process from the earliest stages of design through the installation stage to the final proving phase and handover to the client.

Our approach is to carefully plan the process by reviewing the design documentation for commissionability, single points of failure and future maintenance issues, preparing coordinated commissioning Programmes, and assisting contractors to produce detailed method statements for all stages of the testing and commissioning process.

We undertake regular reviews of the M&E installation to eliminate commissioning related problems before they can impact upon the programme.

During the testing and commissioning phase our staff play a pro-active role in assisting/directing the installing contractors to ensure activities are performed in accordance with the approved method statements and recognised codes of practice.

Upon completion of the commissioning phase we witness the testing and commissioning of the individual items of plant in a stand-alone and fully interfaced condition in readiness for the final proving phase.
