The business was appointed to provide full commissioning management services for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building management system and fire systems for the eight-storey facility and five data halls with a total IT capacity of 12.5 MW.

“This project marks a milestone for our team in Japan. It is our first data centre project for the prominent domestic datacentre provider Mirait Technologies Corporation. It involves an extensive commissioning programme and a challenging scope of scale, over a 30-month period.”

The phase one of the project kicked off in November 2016 and was handed over last year, and the team completed the second phase in May 2019.

The datacentre offers approximately 180,000 sq ft of expandable space, drawing redundant, critical power from two on site substations to service the IT operations of global technology giants.
