Flora is Commtech Asia’s head of human resources (HR) and is member of the executive committee board. She joined the business in 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience working for large multinational corporations across projects, facilities and construction management, healthcare, retail and education sectors.
In her role, Flora is instrumental in driving Commtech Asia’s HR strategies across our Asia Pacific operations. With her wealth of experience, Flora has a track record for developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies, employee relations, talent management programme, performance management, and employee rewards programme that helped shape and enhance employee experience.
Flora’s kindness and fairness to her peers and colleagues are widely recognised within the organisation. For two consecutive years, she clinched Commtech Asia’s Value Awards for the ‘Always care’ category. Flora is passionate about people, and her day-to-day mission at #lifeatcommtechasia is to create an inspiring, productive and positive experience for our people across the region.
