The Company is seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly qualified Administration Manager to join our Taiwan team


  • To be in charge of all matters pertaining to office administration
  • Office Lease Agreement handling
  • Handle licences in compliance with government regulations
  • Arrange staff activities (e.g. Annual Dinner, Staff Briefing sessions, etc.)
  • Liaise / coordinate with local consultant and Accounts Department on calculation of local staff payroll, national insurance contribution and withholding tax issues
  • Assist Human Resource on all local employees employment issue including leave administration, employment terms and conditions, staff communication, business travel arrangement, work permit issue etc.


  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in written English and Chinese is a must
  • Degree holder in Administration/Business Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 6-8 years of solid experience in handling Adminstration work is preferable
  • Positive attitude with a high degree of initiatives
  • Resourceful, committed, reliable and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of PC application in MS Office
  • Candidate with less experienced may be considered for the position of Assistant Administration Manager
