Hong Kong International School is an international private school with two campuses located in Tai Tam and Repulse Bay, Hong Kong, accommodating over 2,600 students from lower primary school to high school.
Following the school’s extensive redevelopment plan, Commtech Asia was appointed to provide full commissioning management for the redevelopment of its campus for lower primary school located in Repulse Bay, which accommodates 770 students and 150 teaching staff.
Spanning a total gross floor area of 337,000 sq ft, the 15-storey school comprises classrooms, indoor and outdoor learning spaces, a community block housing an auditorium, gymnasium, car park and indoor swimming pool as well as staff residences above a roof podium playground offering 56 units.
