One of our key objectives for 2021 is to grow Commtech Asia into a Global Commissioning Services business.
As a first step towards achieving this, we are delighted to announce the acquisition of Logi-tek (UK) Ltd, a UK-based Commissioning and Technical consultancy firm, by Cathexis, our parent group.
Founded in 2002, Logi-Tek is a like-minded Commissioning Services business with a strong track record of Project and Commissioning Management spanning the UK and Continental Europe. This acquisition will establish a strong presence in the EMEA region and enable us to continue to provide quality Commissioning and Technical services to clients both regionally and globally.
