Commtech Asia was appointed by leading property developer in Indonesia, PT Jakarta Land, to deliver the full spectrum of commissioning management of the building services for World Trade Centre 3 (WTC 3), a state-of-the-art office tower with 43 floors.

The project
The latest addition to the World Trade Centre Complex built by PT Jakarta Land, WTC 3 provides over 740,000 sq ft of office space distributed over 38 floors service by multiple zone passenger lifts.
In addition, WTC 3 consists of a four-storey retail podium incorporating F&B and co-working facilities, along with five basement levels of car parking.
Beyond providing a premium working environment for over 8,000 people, WTC 3 is built to advanced environmental standards for optimal energy efficiency with a prestigious BCA Green Mark Gold accreditation.
