Introduction
Mirait Technologies Corporation’s first datacentre in Osaka, offers convenient location and great accessibility from Osaka city. The final capacity of the datacentre is 25MW with data halls spreading over five floors, making it the largest single-use datacentre at the centre of thriving city.
Commtech Asia was appointed as the independent testing and commissioning manager for the mission-critical project, ensuring the new datacentre operates successfully to high system reliability, safety and energy efficiency.

Working on the project for over 30 months, our team of technical specialists was responsible to oversee and execute the entire commissioning process on behalf of the customer.
The project was constructed over two phases, and Commtech Asia was appointed progressively for all phases to ensure consistent commissioning standards and operations for the entire project.
